What most people want to know before they call.
No. Primary Care and Beyond is a direct health care membership under Florida Statute 624.27. It is not insurance and does not replace major medical coverage. Keep insurance for emergencies, hospital care, specialists, imaging, pharmacy costs, and services outside the membership.
Liz is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with Florida’s autonomous license, the state’s authorization to diagnose, treat, order labs, and prescribe on her own. If your care ever needs a specialist or physician, she helps guide that next step.
Insurance covers your major medical needs. The membership adds something different: longer visits, direct access to one provider, and the time to look at your full picture. Most members keep their insurance and use the membership alongside it.
Primary care is the foundation, a membership at $175 per month. Weight care is its own membership at $150 per month. Bundle both for $300 per month and save $25. Functional medicine is billed per visit: initial consultation $375, follow-up $200, extended follow-up $300, and lab review $150. You always know the price before care begins.

No. Weight care is its own membership, and functional medicine is billed per visit, so you can start with either one. Many patients pair them with primary care, the foundation, because that is where the deeper care works best.
No. Weight care is its own membership at $150 per month. You can add it to primary care for $300 per month together, saving $25, or have it on its own. It includes medical weight care with health history, lab review, lifestyle planning, and GLP-1 medication management when appropriate.
GLP-1 medication management is part of the weight care membership when it is clinically appropriate. Medication costs, lab fees, pharmacy fees, and insurance coverage are separate.
Care is available by telehealth for adults 18 and older across Florida. You must be located in Florida during each visit. Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch in-person care is planned.
No membership includes emergency care, urgent care, hospital care, specialist fees, lab fees, imaging fees, pharmacy costs, controlled substances, hormone therapy at this time, in-person procedures, or disability, employment, or legal forms. Weight care and primary care are flat monthly memberships; functional medicine is billed per visit and quoted before care begins.
